If the Spear is Detonated by another Skill, it immediately unleashes a volley of bolts and expires. Consumes a Frenzy Charge if possible to fire bolts more frequently for a shorter duration, automatically Detonate at the end of its duration, and create Shocked Ground on Detonation.
