Draws out the latent fears of enemies you kill and Rare or Unique enemies you Hit, turning them into unstable apparitions which charge towards enemies and then explode.
At level 1
- Deals 9 to 14 Physical Damage
- Explosion radius is 2 metres
- Unstable Apparitions spawned from slain enemies deal 8% of that enemy's Life as added unscalable Physical damage
- Unstable Apparitions deal 5% more damage per Power of the enemy they're drawn from
- Draws out an Unstable Apparition from Rare or Unique enemies you Hit
- Draws out an Unstable Apparition from enemies you kill with Melee Hits, no more than once every 0.05 seconds
At level 40
- Deals 5565 to 8348 Physical Damage
- Explosion radius is 2 metres
- Unstable Apparitions spawned from slain enemies deal 8% of that enemy's Life as added unscalable Physical damage
- Unstable Apparitions deal 5% more damage per Power of the enemy they're drawn from
- Draws out an Unstable Apparition from Rare or Unique enemies you Hit
- Draws out an Unstable Apparition from enemies you kill with Melee Hits, no more than once every 0.05 seconds
